Re-National ARTreach Chapters

ARTreach partnerships and new local chapters are aiding in program development and are linking projects across Texas in San Antonio and Austin Texas, Washington D.C. and Knoxville, Tennessee.
Top on the list is our ARTreach chapter in Knoxville, Tennessee! With an ARTreach Development Director in place, Reecy Payne is heading up this first national chapter,  with it own board leadership in place and unique Knoxville ARTreach programs and services.

ARTreach from Katy, Texas is the parent entity stepping into this arena to help develop locally replicated models that will support the concept of ARTreach, expand the conversation and make program development accessible on a national level.

The Knoxville ARTreach branch will be able to initiate and sustain local ARTreach program development based on the community’s interest.

G & C Development and Payne-French Association are the corporate sponsors of the Knoxville ARTreach initiative.

Reecy Payne as the ARTreach Development Director is serving as a volunteer and advocate for Knoxville ARTreach Programs. She is focused on building partnerships in Knoxville with an interest in supporting social service and the arts and new programs supporting drug and alcohol addiction/recovery and teen outreach.

Knoxville residents interested in volunteering or becoming involved may contact Reecy Payne at reecypayne@yahoo.com
