Katy ARTreach day of caring at Brookwood Community

Student Volunteers, National Charity League and Starbucks Partners were invited to join Katy ARTreach for a Day of Caring at BROOKWOOD Community on Feb 18th to see the international dance group URGEWORKS take the citizens of Brookwood and our volunteers on an exciting journey that encourages individuality, self-confidence and self-esteem.
The URGEWORKS Performance was followed by Hip Hop Dance Workshops supporting physical education.

The Brookwood Community www.brookwoodcommunity.org is an educational, residential, and entrepreneurial village for adults with functional disabilities. This was a Katy ARTreach Day of Caring that community volunteers to share an afternoon of companionship and friendship with the citizens of this delightful community!
