ARTreach hosts chair-ity event to benefit children and adults with disabilities
Young artists from ARC of Katy and Carrie’s Heart teamed up with National Charity League and community volunteers to paint chairs on February 16th at an ARTreach Day of Caring held at LaCenterra Hertiage Square.
The event provided an opportunity for the groups involved to create unique artwork that could be sold in an ARTreach Chair-ity auction to raise money and awareness for Carrie’s Heart www.carriesheart.org and Arc of Katy www.thearcofkaty.org and the needs associated with children and adults with intellectual and physical disabilities.
